Introduction

VINNSHREE ENTERPRISES provides precision surface grinding services for engineering components that require accurate flatness, controlled thickness and a smooth, consistent surface finish. Our surface grinding facility supports custom machining requirements based on customer drawings, samples and technical specifications.

Equipped with a Pinnacle surface grinding machine with an approximate working capacity of 800 mm × 400 mm, we undertake grinding jobs for precision components, machine parts, tooling components and industrial spares. Every job is carefully planned and inspected to achieve the required dimensions, tolerances and finish.

Features and Benefits

  • Precision flatness control: Helps produce components with accurate and uniform flat surfaces for dependable assembly and performance.
  • Controlled thickness: Material can be carefully removed to achieve the required component thickness and dimensional tolerance.
  • Consistent surface finish: Controlled grinding operations help create smooth and uniform surfaces suitable for precision engineering applications.
  • Close-tolerance capability: Suitable for components that require tighter dimensional control than conventional machining alone can provide.
  • Custom grinding solutions: Jobs are completed according to customer drawings, samples, dimensions and surface-finish requirements.
  • Improved component fitment: Accurate flatness and thickness support better alignment, assembly and contact between mating components.
  • Correction of machined surfaces: Surface grinding can improve or correct uneven surfaces left after milling, cutting or other machining operations.
  • Reduced secondary finishing: Precision grinding can minimise the need for additional manual finishing, depending on the required surface condition.
  • Support for different component types: Suitable for precision parts, machine components, tooling parts, plates, blocks and customised industrial spares.
  • Prototype and batch-production support: We undertake one-off development jobs, small quantities and repeat-production requirements.
  • Integrated machining support: Surface grinding can be combined with VMC milling, CNC turning and Wire EDM services for components requiring multiple operations.
  • Reliable quality control: In-process and final dimensional inspections help maintain consistency across individual jobs and production batches.
  • Timely completion: Proper job planning and process control help us complete surface grinding requirements within agreed delivery schedules.
